1. Fees and Discounts

Business Forum Registration:

• Entrepreneurs’ Fees: $300.000.oo (Colombian pesos) – USD$160
• Includes: Access to conferences and Business Forum  Discussion + Access to plenary sessions + Catwalk Access (see content)

 
Academic Forum Registration:

• Students Fee: $150.000.oo (Colombian pesos) – USD$80
• Includes: access to conferences and Academic Forum Discussions + Access to plenary sessions

Catwalk Access (see content)

Journalists Forum Registration:

• Journalists Fee: $300.000.oo (Colombian pesos) – USD$160
• Includes: Access to conferences and Journalists Forum Discussions + Access to plenary sessions + Catwalk Access (see content)

Academic Council Registration:

• Professors and Educators fee: $300.000.oo (Colombian pesos) – USD$160.
• Includes: Access to conferences and Academic Council Discussions + Access to plenary sessions + Catwalk Access (see content)

Discounts:

• Early payment: 25% discount paying before June 30 and 15% discount for payments before August 30.
• Party registrations. 25% discount for parties of 10 or more personas and 15% discount for parties between 5 and 10 persons.

*Note 1: the two types of discounts can be accumulated, which means, that if you pay the registration fee for a party of 13 persons you will get a 25% discount and in addition if this payment is made before June 30 you will get an additional 25% off, for a total of 50% off the entire registration.

*Note 2: once the payment is made, if one cannot assist to the congress, please take into account that these fees are not refundable.

2. How to register

The registration process is very simple; follow the 3 basic steps about to be explained:

• Payment. Deposit the amount of the fee in the authorized bank accounts.

Don’t forget to place the name of the person registered in the deposit slip. If it comes from a party or group, please refer the name of the person, company or institution responsible for the group in the same deposit slip.

Attach the scanned deposit slip. 3 working days after being sent you will receive an e-mail with the registration code and the corresponding bill for your purchase. If your deposit was made in check the process will take 6 working days. If you do not receive the information in the time indicated please contact inscripciones@ixelmoda.com.

 REMEMBER THAT YOU WILL BE REGISTERED ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE REGISTRATION CODE.

• Accreditation.  In order to receive your accreditation it is necessary to present the registration code printed and your identification document.
